Why We Built This
Florida RE Fast Pass was born out of frustration with how exam prep is typically done. Expensive courses, dense textbooks, generic content — none of it felt built for the real student: busy, overwhelmed, and just trying to get licensed.
We went through the Florida real estate exam process, took notes on every concept that actually showed up, and turned it into the most focused, student-friendly prep resource we could build. Every cheat sheet, every memory trick, every practice question was chosen intentionally.

We went through the Florida exam ourselves, identified exactly what's tested, and built a focused system — cheat sheets, memory tricks, simplified notes, and practice questions — all aimed at one thing: getting you licensed faster.
